Why is this study so important in spring?
Many of us feel spring fatigue, but rarely do we think that it could be a sign of a serious deficiency. Testing helps to identify the body's needs in time and take the right measures.
Vitamin D disadvantage weakens immunity, causes constant fatigue and bone pain, and increases the risk of fractures over time. Meanwhile surplus (usually due to excessive supplementation) raises blood calcium levels too much, which can cause kidney damage, nausea or confusion.
