Outpatient rehabilitation

Outpatient rehabilitation is a complex treatment process designed to restore impaired body functions, reduce pain, improve range of movement and quality of life. Services are provided to patients who need rehabilitation treatment after injuries, operations, chronic diseases or long-term physical inactivity.

Treatments we offer:

  • Individual physiotherapy (45 min.) - Designed for an individual programme to strengthen muscles and improve joint mobility.
  • Individual physiotherapy (60 min.) - Longer and more intensive session - for more advanced or complex conditions.
  • Group physiotherapy - In small groups (up to 4 people). Duration - 30 min.
  • Ultrasound therapy (1 field) - 15 min. Treats tissue inflammation, relieves pain and promotes healing.
  • Ultrasound therapy (2 fields) - 20 min.
  • Laser treatment (zone 1) - 10 min. Stimulates tissue regeneration, reduces inflammation.
  • Laser treatment (2 zones) - 15 min.
  • Vacuum cupping therapy - 20-30 min. Improves blood circulation, relaxes muscles, reduces tension.
  • Pulsed current therapy (TENS), zone 1 - 20 min. Used for pain relief, nerve and muscle stimulation.
  • Consultation by an FMR doctor - 25 min. A detailed functional assessment is carried out and an individual rehabilitation plan is drawn up.

With a referral, consultations with a physical medicine and rehabilitation doctor and a certain number of treatments are free.
