Her interests include arterial hypertension, ischaemic heart disease, atherosclerosis, heart failure, heart rhythm disorders.
She is a member of the Lithuanian Society of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology (ESC). She is also a member of the ECD Working Group on Atherosclerosis and Vascular Biology, the ECD Hypertension Council, the ECD European Association for the Care of Acute Cardiovascular Diseases, the ECD European Association for the Prevention and Rehabilitation of Cardiovascular Diseases, and the ECD European Heart Failure Association.
She has published more than 100 scientific articles, reviews and dissemination publications, a monograph in the field of atherosclerosis, and a thesis on acute myocardial infarction.
She is continuously improving her qualifications and actively participates in national and international scientific conferences on various topics in cardiology, both by improving her knowledge and by presenting innovations to her colleagues as a lecturer. She is actively involved in clinical trials, researching and implementing innovations in cardiology science.
